Alison Daniel, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Provider
Alison is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is deeply committed to transforming the world of mental health care. With more than ten years of nursing experience, she has worked across diverse settings including mental health, medical and neuro intensive care units, and oncology, where she cared for patients with breast cancer.
A native of West Texas, Alison grew up in a small town that instilled in her the values of community and empathy. She earned her BSN from Texas Tech University and her MSN from Texas State University. Her passion for becoming a PMHNP was sparked by seeing the gaps in mental health support and understanding, and she has since dedicated herself to fostering an environment of empathy, trust, and personalized care. Alison enjoys working with both adolescents and adults and has advanced training in perinatal mental health.
Since returning to Abilene in 2018, Alison has been grateful to call it home again. In her free time, she enjoys reading, running, spending time with loved ones, and exploring new hobbies.
