Vital Harmony Mental Health is a patient-centered practice based in Abilene, Texas, serving individuals locally and through virtual care across Texas and New Mexico. Our team of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners and dedicated support staff is committed to delivering compassionate, personalized treatment that honors each person’s unique journey. We take a holistic approach that includes medication management, innovative alternatives, and careful deprescribing when appropriate. Alison is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of experience in nursing across mental health, intensive care, and oncology. A West Texas native, she provides compassionate, personalized care for adolescents and adults and has advanced training in perinatal mental health.

Sarah is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who treats adults ages 18–55. She takes a patient-centered, holistic approach to care with a special focus on integrative psychiatry, combining traditional treatments with lifestyle and mind-body practices.
