For cash-pay clients, please call for rates. We offer sliding scale options when available, and we can provide superbills to help you use any out-of-network benefits your insurance may offer.
We are continually adding new insurance partners, so please check back often. If your plan is not listed below, we encourage you to confirm with your insurance provider about out-of-network coverage. In such cases, we are happy to provide a superbill so you can submit for possible reimbursement.
