Nature trip has various positive effects toward individuals, it will make an individual physically active enhancing our physiological health. Aside from that, it has also various positive effects psychologically. Nature trip is a great tool for stress reduction. Spending time in nature has been shown to lower cortisol levels (the stress hormone), leading to a reduction in overall stress and anxiety. Natural settings often promote relaxation and help individuals feel more grounded and at ease.

Nature trip will improve mood, being in nature can lead to an improved mood, reducing feelings of sadness and depression. Studies have shown that nature exposure boosts serotonin levels, which helps regulate mood and emotional well-being.

It enhances creativity, nature can stimulate creativity and problem-solving skills. Spending time outdoors allows the brain to relax and wander, which can lead to fresh perspectives and new ideas.

It will help to increased attention and focus; nature has restorative effects on attention. After spending time outdoors, people often experience improved focus, concentration, and cognitive performance. This is known as the "restorative effect" of nature.

It will trigger mindfulness, being surrounded by nature encourages mindfulness—the ability to be present in the moment. Engaging with nature allows people to unplug, disconnect from technology, and focus on their surroundings, which fosters a deeper sense of connection to the present.
